Weight lifting can be a beneficial addition to your regular work out. Be sure you pick out the right weights for your strength level.......

Align your shoulders and breath out and you press upward....

Slowly lower the weight in a smooth control motion - making sure the claws don't land on your neck

Do not let your weight shift positions before the set is over...

... or it might run away and hide....

You should get a Yorkie. Mine works great as an 8lb. hand weight, especially when she decides she's tired mid-walk and you have to carry her home.
